I just tried building it all again with --shared for OpenSSL. It fixed the libtool warning, but OpenSSH still won't build. It looks like the version in Cygwin's repositories was compiled with ldns though.<br clear="all">

Maybe you have build OpenSSL statically i.s.o dynamically.<br>
Have you given the shared option to ./config with OpenSSL?<br>
